- Our goal is that you leave The 508 Conference empowered and equipped to be the hands and feet of God’s Kingdom.
Operating a ministry is exciting and rewarding, but can be overwhelming. The Lord puts it this way, “For which of you, desiring to build a tower, doesn’t first sit down and count the cost, to see if he has enough to complete it? Or perhaps, when he has laid a foundation and isn’t able to finish, everyone who sees begins to mock him, saying, ‘This man began to build and wasn’t able to finish.’” (Luke 14:28-30)
The fact that 50% of nonprofits fail within their first year is the reason it’s imperative that men and women of faith have the tools they need to succeed and impact future generations.

FAQs
Bring your Bible and a journal or notebook to take lots of notes! The 508 Conference attire is business casual that’s less formal than business wear but still professional. It’s not a suit, but not shorts and a t-shirt, either. There will be professional photography and videography throughout the conference so think of how you want to be seen in photos and video beyond the conference. Be sure to bring a comfortable change of clothes and shoes if you plan to explore the beautiful grounds at Glen Eyrie’s 723 acres of awe-inspiring property in Queen’s Canyon on the front range of the Rocky Mountains. It’s summer in Colorado and weather can be unpredictable, so pack a light jacket and a couple layers, just in case.
The 508 Conference requires payment in full at the time of registration. Registrations cancelled at any time prior to the start date will be applied as a credit toward any of The 508 Company’s Formation Services.
Conference attendees do not select their own rooms. Rooms are assigned (including a couple’s own children, if applicable) by conference staff based on reservation size and availability. Glen Eyrie contains guest rooms located in 7 buildings, including the historic Castle. None of the rooms have televisions, although free wi-fi is available throughout the property. Rooms contain coffee makers, but no microwaves or refrigerators which are available for use in each building’s common area.
Please notify us of any allergies or dietary needs in advance when you register for The 508 Conference. Glen Eyrie’s Food & Beverage team can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian diets with advance notice. However, Glen Eyrie is not a gluten-free certified kitchen, and cross-contamination may occur.
If you can’t attend The 508 Conference in-person, you can purchase a Virtual Conference Pass and you’ll receive full access to the session recordings, materials, and special behind-the-scenes content.
Please note, this event will NOT be live streamed. The Virtual Conference link will be available 7 days after the conference.
